Description

N-(DBCO-PEG4)-N-Biotin-PEG4-hydrazide TFA salt can be used to functionalize nanoparticles with biotinylated ligands. These nanoparticles can then be employed for targeted drug delivery, imaging, or as contrast agents in biomedical imaging modalities such as MRI or PET. In addition, biotinylated peptides synthesized using N-(DBCO-PEG4)-N-Biotin-PEG4-hydrazide TFA salt can be used as affinity probes to study protein-protein interactions, receptor-ligand binding, or enzymatic activity. This approach is useful in peptide library screening and drug discovery efforts.
