Description

N-(N-Boc-PEG4)-N-bis(PEG4-amine) can be used as a linker in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) to attach peptides to solid supports. The Boc protecting group can temporarily block the amine group, allowing controlled deprotection for subsequent reactions. The compound can also be used for surface modification of materials or nanoparticles to reduce nonspecific interactions with biological components and enhance biocompatibility.
