N3-EVs (Azide-Extracellular vesicles) are extracellular vesicles (EVs) that have been modified with azide groups. EVs are membrane-bound particles naturally released from cells and are involved in intercellular communication, transporting proteins, lipids, RNA, and other molecules between cells. N3-EVs can be used as drug delivery vehicles, where the azide groups on their surface allow for the conjugation of targeting ligands, therapeutic agents, or imaging moieties via click chemistry.
