Description

N3-PEG-NH2 (Azide-PEG-Amine, Azido-PEG-Amine) is a linear bifunctional PEG linker with a reactive azide (N3) and an amine group. Azide-PEG is for PEGylation via a click chemistry reaction with alkyne or acetylene or DBCO. The amine group can be used in conjugation with acid, NHS ester and aldehyde. Click chemistry is one of the most popular PEGylation reactions that are used to either add PEG to a biomolecule, particle, surface or to crosslink two molecules and particles or used to form hydrogels, drug delivery systems.
