Negatively PS-Based Fluorescent Liposome, Rhodamine lipid (headgroup) Labeled refers to liposomes primarily composed of negatively charged lipids, with phosphatidylserine (PS) as the primary lipid component. The liposomes have been labeled with the fluorescent compound Rhodamine on the headgroups of the lipids. Rhodamine is a red-fluorescent dye used in biological imaging.
