Description

Neutral Fluoroliposome-DiI-Azide, Lyophilized Powder is a specialized liposomal system that incorporates DiI, a lipophilic fluorescent dye, along with an azide group on the liposomal surface. The DiI fluorescence can be used to observe liposome accumulation in target tissues, internalization by cells, and intracellular trafficking. This allows researchers to monitor the fate of liposomes over time and evaluate the efficacy of targeted drug delivery systems. DiI-labeled liposomes are useful for studying how liposomes are internalized by cells. Researchers can track liposome uptake through confocal microscopy or flow cytometry. The red fluorescence of DiI allows for real-time tracking of liposome internalization in live cells and for quantification of cellular uptake.
