Description

Neutral Fluoroliposome-DiI-DBCO, Lyophilized Powder can be used to deliver chemotherapy drugs or other therapeutic agents to cancer cells. By conjugating tumor-targeting antibodies or peptides to the liposomes through the DBCO-azide click chemistry, the liposomes can selectively deliver the drug to tumor cells, reducing damage to healthy tissues and enhancing treatment efficacy. In addition, the DiI dye allows for the real-time monitoring of liposome accumulation at the tumor site and tracking of therapeutic efficacy during cancer treatment.
