Description

Neutral Fluoroliposome-DiR-Azide, Lyophilized Powder combines the biocompatibility of neutral liposomes with the functionality of near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence and bioorthogonal chemistry. This versatile system is widely used in diagnostics, drug delivery, and advanced nanotechnology. The neutral surface charge ensures reduced nonspecific interactions with negatively charged biological membranes and plasma proteins, increasing biocompatibility and circulation time. DiR (a lipophilic cyanine dye) is embedded in the lipid bilayer. Its NIR emission properties make it highly suitable for imaging applications requiring low background noise and deep tissue penetration.
