NH2-PEG-CH2CH2COOtBu (Amine-PEG-t-Butyl ester) represents a compound consisting of a polyethylene glycol (PEG) molecule with an amine (NH2) group at one end, a methylene (CH2) linker, and a tert-butyl ester (COOtBu) group at the other end.
