Description

Pam2CSK4 Biotin is a synthetic lipopeptide that contains two lipid chains (palmitoyl groups, denoted as Pam) attached to a peptide sequence (CSK4). Pam2CSK4-Biotin can be used in binding studies to investigate interactions with receptors or other biomolecules that recognize lipopeptides. Biotin facilitates the detection and quantification of binding events using streptavidin-based assays. Pam2CSK4-Biotin can also be used to pull down proteins or complexes that interact with TLR2 or related pathways. Streptavidin-coated beads can be used to capture Pam2CSK4-Biotin and its binding partners from cell lysates.
