Description

PLGA-PEG-DBCO (Poly(Lactide-co-glycolide)-b-Poly(ethylene glycol)-Dibenzocycolctyne) is an cyclooctyne terminated block copolymer with hydrophobic poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and hydrophilic PEG blocks. The DBCO can react with azide readily (Cu-free) to form a covalent triazole bond. The biodegradable polymer can be used to prepare drug-loaded nanoparticles for drug delivery. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request. Specified molecular weight and molecular ratio may be offered by custom synthesis. Please contact us for more details.
