POPC/POPS Liposomes, Octadecyl Rhodamine B Encapsulated refers to liposomes composed of a mixture of two types of phospholipids: 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (POPC) and 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine (POPS). These liposomes are loaded with the fluorescent dye Octadecyl Rhodamine B. These liposomes are valuable for fluorescence-based imaging studies. The red fluorescence of Octadecyl Rhodamine B can be used to visualize and study cellular interactions and liposome uptake.
