POPE/CHOL/POPG Liposomes, Carboxyfluorescein Encapsulated refers to liposomes composed of a mixture of three types of phospholipids: 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (POPE), cholesterol (CHOL), and 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1′-rac-glycerol) (POPG). These liposomes are loaded with the fluorescent compound Carboxyfluorescein. In drug delivery and pharmacokinetics research, these liposomes can be used to study the distribution and behavior of liposomal formulations in vivo.
