Description

Protein A, Cy5 Labeled is utilized in flow cytometry assays to quantify the expression levels of cell surface antigens or intracellular proteins. Cells incubated with primary antibodies are subsequently incubated with Cy5-labeled Protein A, which binds to the antibodies, enabling detection and quantification of target proteins based on fluorescence intensity. The use of Cy5 as a fluorophore provides high sensitivity and multiplexing capabilities for flow cytometry applications.
