Description

PS-based Fluoroliposome-Dansyl lipid-Azide, Lyophilized Powder is ideal for in vivo imaging applications due to the fluorescent properties of the dansyl tag. These liposomes can be used to track drug delivery in live organisms or cell cultures, allowing researchers to monitor the distribution, internalization, and release kinetics of liposome-based therapeutics. The blue fluorescence from the dansyl group makes them compatible with standard fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and in vivo fluorescence imaging techniques. Beyond, the azide functionality allows for specific conjugation to targeting molecules, such as antibodies, aptamers, or peptides, that recognize and bind to tumor-specific antigens or immune cell markers.
