Description

PS-based Fluoroliposome-DiO-Azide, Lyophilized Powder can be engineered to mimic exosomes, which are involved in intercellular communication. These liposomes can be used in cell-to-cell signaling studies or to deliver biomolecular cargo (e.g., RNA, proteins) to recipient cells, enabling the study of exosome-like effects in cancer metastasis, immune responses, or neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, these liposomes can be used in biosensor applications for detecting pathogens or biomarkers. The azide group enables the attachment of aptamers or antibodies to the liposome surface, allowing for highly specific binding to disease targets.
