Description

Rhodamine labeled sulfobutylated-BCD sodium salt or RBITC-NH-SBECD/SBECD is a modified form of BCD that incorporates a rhodamine dye moiety and sulfobutyl groups. Sulfobutylated-BCD derivatives are known for their ability to solubilize and deliver hydrophobic drugs. The inclusion complex formed between sulfobutylated-BCD and the drug can enhance drug solubility, stability, and bioavailability.
