Description

Rink amide AM resin supports a stepwise synthesis approach, where protected amino acids are sequentially coupled to the growing peptide chain. Each coupling is followed by a deprotection step to remove the Fmoc group, enabling the next amino acid to be attached. Besides, peptides can be cleaved from Rink amide AM resin using mild acidic solutions, such as trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). This approach preserves sensitive functional groups and minimizes degradation of the peptide. Polystyrene resin is an essential material for a wide range of uses in research, diagnostics, medical devices, and multiple industial applications from packaging to construction.
