Silane-PEG-NH2 (Silane-PEG-Amine) is a crosslinker that has a silane group and a free amine group. The silane group reacts with hydroxyl groups or hydroxylated silica particles and glass surfaces. The amine group can react with activated acid, NHS ester or carbonyl groups. Silane is moisture sensitive and needs to be stored away from moist air.
