Description

Sulfo DBCO-TFP ester contains a DBCO and a TFP group. The active TFP ester is more stable than NHS ester and less prone to hydrolysis in aqueous meida and can be used to label amine bearing proteins, antibodies, and other biopolymers. The hydrophilic, sulfonated spacer arm greatly improves water solubility of DBCO derivatized molecules, in many cases making them completely soluble in aqueous media.
