Description

Tetrazine-SS-NHS incorporates a tetrazine moiety, a disulfide linkage (SS), and an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester group. The tetrazine moiety is highly reactive in inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with strained alkenes, such as trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or norbornene.
