Description

TiNT-g-PDEAEMA-N3 is a composite material combining titanium nitride nanotubes with a grafted poly[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] polymer containing azide groups. The combination of TiNTs and PDEAEMA provides a nanocomposite with improved mechanical, electrical, and chemical properties. The TiNTs offer strength and conductivity, while PDEAEMA adds functional and responsive characteristics. Additionally, PDEAEMA’s pH-responsive nature allows for the development of smart drug delivery systems. The azide groups can facilitate the attachment of drugs or targeting moieties, and the material can release drugs in response to pH changes, such as in different biological environments.
