mPEG-PLGA (Poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether-b-Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)) is a copolymer formed by combining two different types of polymers: methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG) and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA). mPEG is a hydrophilic, water-soluble polymer made up of repeating ethylene glycol units. mPEG is often used to modify the surface properties of nanoparticles and drug delivery systems to enhance their performance in biological systems. PLGA is a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer derived from lactic acid and glycolic acid. It is commonly used in drug delivery systems due to its ability to encapsulate drugs and release them gradually as the polymer degrades. LA/GA molar ratio will be 1:1 with no request.
