8-Arm PEG-Amine(1)/Acid(7) has two functional groups Amine and Acid at specific ratio of 1:7. The amine and acid functionality in 8-Arm PEG-Amine/Acid are quantitated using spectroscopic techniques and colorimetric assays. Bifunctional PEG reagents synthesized via our proprietary chemistry to yield predetermined ratios of the two functionality. These reagents provide extended application for multi-arm PEG as heterobifunctional crosslinkers.
